Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of custom stamps, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part. Non-customized items can be returned within 30 days.
Return Process

Email our support team with your order number and a photo of the item if it is defective.

Once reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
- 3.Packaging
Securely pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- 4.Refund Processing
After receiving your return, we will process your refund or ship a corrected replacement within 3-5 business days.
